How one task reaches the shop floor
Configure task templates, transport orders and system interfaces, then send tasks to automated storage systems, RCS and other control systems. Task requests can originate from call stations, sensors, barcode readers, RFID, tablets and business systems.

Connect AGVs, stacker cranes and other equipment through OPC-UA / Modbus TCP; decompose tasks into atomic equipment instructions; avoid equipment conflicts through dynamic path planning.
Task scheduling and optimisation
Prioritise by urgency, distance and cost; reserve and lock shared resources; recover failed tasks through reassignment or operator intervention.
Live monitoring and fault response
Monitor equipment state and task progress in a 2D/3D overview, issue on-screen, audible, visual and message-based alerts, and use AI analysis to support predictive maintenance.
System integration and data exchange
Exchange task instructions and execution results with WMS/MES, integrate with ERP/TMS, and support independent emergency operation while offline.
Data-based decision support
Store operational data in time-series and relational databases, generate KPI reports such as OEE and task-completion rate, and suggest process improvements for routes and storage locations.
