What is inspected on PCBs and enclosures

PCB checks cover incorrect or missing components, missing silicone application, marking OCR, solder defects and foreign objects. Enclosure checks cover missing silicone application, incorrect or missing screws, and foreign objects. Inspection targets and processes are configurable.

From samples to traceable results

The robot and optical modules capture the workpiece from multiple angles, with inspection templates defining the workflow. Six-sided images, visualised results and historical records are retained, with alarms and feedback to business systems.

  1. 01

    Samples and deep learning

Combine machine vision and deep learning for model training. The required sample volume depends on defect types, their distribution and variation under on-site conditions.

Sample size and coverage are confirmed for the target, defect types, and on-site conditions
  2. 02

    Templates, objects and operations

Manage inspection templates, configure inspection objects and operations, then execute the inspection workflow automatically.

  3. 03

    Automatic execution and six-sided images

Retain images of all six sides and the associated inspection data, and visualise the inspection results.

  4. 04

    Results, alarms and traceability

Raise exception alarms and provide feedback to business systems; use historical records for exception handling and issue tracing.

  1. Execute inspection

Run automatically for the configured target and process

  2. Complete imaging

Capture and store images of all six sides with inspection data

  3. Retain results

    Display and retain inspection results

  4. Notify and archive

Send results to business systems and enable traceability
